Jul. 30th, 2008 10:37 pmOk folks what can I do with ricotta cheese? I'm after something that is reasonably healthy and low cal? My reason for asking is that I heard Gordon Ramsey say it was low in fat and so I put it on my shopping list. However I put it in a baked potato and it tastes, well sweet, which was not good. Any ideas how to flavour it up a bit in a savoury way? All suggestions welcome.
