Ok folks what can I do with ricotta cheese? I'm after something that is reasonably healthy and low cal? My reason for asking is that I heard Gordon Ramsey say it was low in fat and so I put it on my shopping list. However I put it in a baked potato and it tastes, well sweet, which was not good. Any ideas how to flavour it up a bit in a savoury way? All suggestions welcome.

Hmm, ricotta is a major component of cannoli filling (http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/SICILIAN-CANNOLI-232015), so that actually makes sense.
